哪些产品需要 SFDA 符合性评定证书？


? 用于皮肤（手、脸、脚等）的乳膏、乳剂、乳液、凝胶和 油。 Creams, emulsions, lotions, gels and oils for the skin (hands,  face, feet, etc.). ? 面膜（除剥离产品外），有色碱。 Face masks (with the exception of peeling products), Tinted  bases ? 剃须产品（乳膏、泡沫、洗剂等） Shaving products (creams, foams, lotions, etc.) ? 化妆粉、沐浴粉、卫生粉等。 Make up powders, after bath powders, hygienic powders, etc. ? 马桶皂、除臭剂肥皂、甘油皂等 Toilet soaps, deodorant soaps, glycerin soaps etc. ? 香水、厕所水和古龙水 Perfumes, toilet waters and eau de cologne  ? 沐浴和淋浴准备（盐、泡沫、油、凝胶等） Bath and shower preparations (salts, foams, oils, gels, etc.) ? 脱毛剂，除臭剂和止汗剂 Depilatories, deodorants and antiperspirant

CNAS 17025 实验室出具的测试 17025 Test report for each product as per GSO1943  issued by accredited lab 17025 ? 产品照片，包含产品名称，产品标签，商标，原产地,  化学成分，使用时效，使用说明，条形码（英文或者 英文/阿拉伯文） Product photos, including product name, product label,  trademark, country of origin, chemical composition, use  timeliness, using instructions, barcode (English or  English/Arabic) ? 产品参数 Product Datasheet ? 安排监装检验 Inspection Report (Loading Supervision and Container  Sealing) ? 发票箱单 （签名盖章） Invoice, Packing List (signed and stamped)






SFDA 申请资料 


First. 化妆品电子通信系统（eCOSMA）通告号码注册，资料准备： Email: cosmetics.registration@tuvam.ae 1- The product line. (Skin Oil, Hair Powder, Mouthwash or Breath Spray... etc)/ 产 品线 (护肤油、发粉、漱口水或呼吸喷雾…… 等)


2- Product information/产品信息: - Product Name (English & Arabic), Brand Name, and Barcode / 产品名称（英语和阿拉伯语），品牌名称和条形码 - Product Label Picture (In order to accept a product request, these pictures should include the outer and inner label, and any brochure if  included. / 产品标签图片（为符合要求，这些图片应包括外部和内部标签，以及随附的小册子）。


3- Product Volume of Package & Barcode (you can add more than one. Each  volume must have a unique barcode) / 产品包装容量和条形码（您可以添加多种不同容量，如 50m, 100mL…。每种容量必须具有唯 一的条形码）


4- List of Ingredients, and the Concentration (%) & Role of Substance for each  ingredient. /成分表，以及每种成分的浓度（％）和物质的作用。 


5- Storage Circumstances/存储环境。 


6- Protection instruction/保护说明

Second. SFDA 符合性评定证书, 资料准备： 


1. -申请表（签名盖章） 


2. -17025 测试告 Test report for each product as per GSO1943 issued by accredited lab 17025. 


3. -产品照片，包含 产品名称，产品标签，商标，原产地, 化学成分， 使用时效，使用说 明，条形码 （英文 或者 英文/阿拉伯文）


4. -产品参数 Datasheet


5. -需要安排监装检验 （费用额外支付 USD 300+内陆差旅费 travelling） 或者经批准的具 有相应检验能力的可提供集装箱监装照片。


6. -发票箱单 （签名盖章）
